1 · Who is responsible
MB Croppick, company code 308104331, Krivių g. 5, LT-01204 Vilnius, Lithuania, is the data controller for this website. For anything privacy-related, write to hello@croppick.com.
2 · What we collect, and why
The inquiry form. Your name, e-mail address, the kind of request you picked and your message, plus the country your request came from. We use them to answer you and, if you ask for one, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us (Art. 6(1)(f)). The message is delivered to our mailbox by e-mail; this site keeps no copy of it.
E-mail. If you write to us directly, we keep the correspondence so we can help you — on the same legal bases.
Technical data. Cloudflare's network, which serves this site, processes the technical details of each request (IP address, browser type, requested page) for a short time to deliver the page and to protect it against abuse. The inquiry endpoint counts requests per IP address for up to a minute to throttle floods. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, reliable site (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Bot check. The inquiry page loads Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving check that tells people from bots without puzzles. It processes technical signals from your browser under Cloudflare's own privacy policy and is loaded only on that page. We use nothing on this site for advertising or tracking.
3 · How long
Inquiries and correspondence: up to two years after the last message, so a conversation can be picked back up. If an inquiry turns into a project, the correspondence becomes part of the project records and is kept for the duration of the engagement plus the periods accounting and tax law require. Technical request data is transient at Cloudflare's edge; the rate-limit counters expire within a minute.
4 · Who processes data on our behalf
- Cloudflare — hosts this site, runs the Turnstile bot check, and routes and sends our e-mail. Data may be processed in the EU and the United States under Cloudflare's data processing addendum with the EU standard contractual clauses.
- Google — the mailbox where your inquiries and e-mails land.
No advertising networks, no analytics providers, no data brokers.
5 · Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. E-mail hello@croppick.com; you will have an answer within one month.
6 · Complaints
If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, VDAI), L. Sapiegos g. 17, LT-10312 Vilnius, Lithuania, vdai.lrv.lt, or to the authority in your own EU/EEA country. We would rather you told us first, but you do not have to.
7 · Our products
Each product has its own privacy policy covering what that product does with data: POClerk, Croppick Voice, StatusClerk and StatementClerk.
8 · Changes
When this policy changes, the date below moves with it.
