1 · What these terms cover
These terms apply to croppick.com and its inquiry form, operated by MB Croppick, company code 308104331, Krivių g. 5, LT-01204 Vilnius, Lithuania. Our products have their own terms on their own sites: POClerk, Croppick Voice, StatusClerk and StatementClerk. Custom development, consulting and take-over work is governed by the written agreement we make for that engagement.
2 · Content
We keep this site accurate and current as far as we can, but it is information, not advice, and it may change without notice. Availability, pricing and features of a product are described on that product's own site, which prevails over anything said here.
3 · Inquiries and proposals
Sending an inquiry commits neither side to anything. Nothing is agreed until both sides confirm it in writing — e-mail is fine. We treat what you send us as confidential and use it only to reply and to prepare a proposal, as the privacy policy describes.
4 · Intellectual property
The text, design, logos and the Croppick mark on this site belong to MB Croppick. POClerk, StatusClerk, StatementClerk and Croppick Voice are our product names. You are welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages with attribution; please do not copy pages or reuse the marks without asking.
5 · Links to other sites
Links to other sites — including our product sites and Shopify's App Store — lead to services with their own terms. We are not responsible for their content.
6 · No warranty, limited liability
This site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, MB Croppick is not liable for damage arising from using this site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, nor any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
7 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes go to the competent courts of Vilnius, Lithuania, unless mandatory law gives you a different forum.
